Is Almond Milk Bad for You?

An almond allergy is triggered by the protein in the nut. If you consume that protein, whether in the form of raw almonds or almond milk, you will trigger your almond allergy.

IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ALMONDS, IT'S BEST TO AVOID ALMOND MILK

But even if you are not allergic to almonds, you should be aware that store bought milks often contain certain allergens ..

Here are the typical ingredients of almond milk:

• Almonds • Calcium carbonate • Gellan gum • Potassium citrate • Sea salt

• Sugar • Sunflower lecithin • Vitamin A palmitate • Vitamin D2 • Water

It’s best to go to the doctor’s office and undergo an allergy test.
