Red Bull is one of the world’s most famous energy drinks. This is all thanks to its distinctive taste, hot pink color, and invigorating effects. But is it really all that bad for you?
Despite being marketed as energy drink, Redbull contains about 80g of caffeine and 38g of sugar. This is roughly the same as the average sweetened cup of coffee.

It is the same ingredients (sugar and caffeine) that can put you at risk of increased blood pressure, teeth damage, hypertension and diabetes.

Don't make drinking a can a day a habit. Caffeine is widely known to give you an instantaneous but superficial boost of energy. There are better and healthier ways to regulate energy
